Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate proficiently in both oral and written English and Spanish.
- Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community events.
- Partner closely with clients on hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements, and create clear, compelling job posts
- Build a pipeline of qualified professionals by consistently networking, following up, and nurturing long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of recruiting or applicant-facing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can commute to the Fall River office.
