Haven Hot Chicken (HHC) was built on a simple idea: serve incredible hot chicken (and Not Chicken) with heart, spreading joy and flavor. That's why we, the Coop Group, are beyond excited to represent the brand as their first franchisees.
The Coop Group is made up of local ownership who bring a plethora of experience in the Quick Service Industry, with our previous success built on great operations, an upbeat culture, and always giving back. Our goal is to make Haven Hot Chicken a household name in New England... and that starts right here… right now.
We're proud of our roots and excited to grow, and we're looking for passionate people to embark on this journey with us here in Franklin!
What You’ll Do
For those who wish to join, you will work as a team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
● Making every guest feel welcome and valued — anticipating their needs and creating personalized experiences
● Preparing food with precision, following our recipes and safety standards
● Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
● Handling cash transactions accurately and following all cash-handling procedures
● Representing Team Franklin with professionalism and pride in your appearance and uniform
What We’re Looking For
● Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
● Commitment to providing exceptional hospitality
● Reliability and schedule flexibility
● Strong communication and teamwork skills
● Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
● Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours.)
