Job Description
We are partnering with large, growing, and stable company in the Randolph/Stoughton area who is looking for an Assistant Manager, Collections to join their team. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of Collections experience and supervisory experience of some sort.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Collections Specialists
- Oversee daily collections activities
- Monitor aging reports and identify high-risk accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B collections
- 2+ Years of Supervisory
- Ability to work fully onsite
Compensation: $65-75K plus bonus with benefits
