Machine Operator Assistant
Fall River, MA
$18 to $20 per hour depending on experience and shift differential

Position Summary:
The Assistant Kettle Operator supports the production team by assisting with the preparation, cooking, and batching of food products according to company recipes, safety standards, and quality guidelines. This role helps ensure efficient operations, accurate measurements, and a clean, safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Kettle Operator with batching, cooking, and mixing ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
• Measure, weigh, and stage ingredients accurately
• Load raw materials into kettles and monitor cooking processes
• Follow food safety, GMP, and HACCP guidelines at all times
• Monitor product quality, temperature, and consistency
• Record production data and complete required documentation
• Clean and sanitize equipment, kettles, and work areas
• Support changeovers and line setup as needed
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams

Qualifications:

• Previous food manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow recipes and written instructions accurately
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Schedule:

• All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
• Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs
