Customer Service Representative – Towing & Repair Services
Multiple Locations | Todisco Services
Todisco Services is a full-service, state-of-the-art towing, transportation, and repair company with five locations across Massachusetts. We are one of the largest towing operations in the state, proudly serving numerous city and town police departments, the Massachusetts State Police, and hundreds of private clients.
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for all locations.
Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, clients, and vehicle owners. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and take service requests

Assist customers with towing, repair, and impound-related inquiries

Provide vehicle owners with information regarding vehicles in impound facilities

Greet customers professionally at the counter

Process payments for completed services

Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Basic computer and data entry skills

Customer service or call center experience preferred (not required)

Automotive, towing, or dispatch experience is a plus
