Navigator Homes of Martha’s Vineyard is seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our residents and team members. This role performs daily cleaning throughout the homes and reports maintenance or safety concerns to the Director of Environmental Services.
Responsibilities

Clean resident rooms and shared areas daily.

Identify and report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions.

Collect trash, disinfect and reline trash cans.

Dust walls, lampshades, and other surfaces.

Refill paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched items, including light switches, remote controls, lamps, and call bells.

Complete other related cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, hygienic environment.

Ability to follow cleaning procedures and work respectfully in residents’ homes.

Dependability and the ability to communicate concerns to a supervisor.
