Company Description Dryv, LLC is a Boston owned and operated technology startup bringing convenient and innovative transportation to urban living. Dryv offers residents a sustainable way to access energy efficient transportation without the burden of owning a car. Dryv is a self-service rental car solution integrated with private multi-unit residential buildings. In layman's terms, Dryv is a carshare for a private community of residents.

Role Description The Associate Technical Product Specialist is a part-time, remote role based in Boston, MA, supporting Dryv’s electric vehicle service and user-facing technology. This position reports to the COO and focuses on providing technical support for the Dryv app and related systems, resolving technical and product-related issues.

The specialist will monitor system performance, identify recurring technical problems, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve reliability and user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting cases, collecting user feedback, and helping refine support workflows and inform the product roadmap. This role will support new building launches and contribute to training materials for residents and property staff, as needed. This is a great opportunity to be part of a brownfield project.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with mobile applications, SaaS platforms, or connected vehicle technologies is required.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose practical solutions.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate across teams.

  • Hands-on technical support experience, including troubleshooting mobile apps, basic hardware issues, and user account problems.

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues quickly, prioritize requests, and follow through to resolution.

  • Experience in customer support, technical support, or operations in a tech or mobility environment is preferred.

  • Customer-oriented sales mindset, with comfort in supporting product demonstrations and helping promote user adoption is beneficial.

  • 15-minute proximity to South Boston, MA, with occasional evening or weekend coverage, as needed, is preferred.
  • \n

  • Currently pursuing or recent graduate with an associate or bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or related field, or possess equivalent practical experience.
