Join our team supporting a leading client in Mansfield where your focus is ensuring electro-mechanical assemblies perform flawlessly. Picture your workday: you start at 6:00am, set up test and calibration equipment, validate EM assemblies against specifications, and document findings that help the production team elevate quality.

What you’ll do

• Independently test a range of electro-mechanical (EM) assemblies using appropriate test and calibration tools
• Troubleshoot and analyze product defects to determine root causes
• Report nonconformances and partner with the team on problem-solving to drive production quality improvements

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years working with EM testing, calibration, and hands-on troubleshooting
• Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
• Deep familiarity with electrical/electronic testing methods and test equipment

Schedule and pay

Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm

Pay Rate: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience

• Blueprint reading
