Oar Staffing is conducting a search for PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS WITH FOOD INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE for the Second and Third Shift

6 Days Per Week

DIRECT HIRES
Second Shift – $67,500 - $70,000
Third Shift - $70,000 - $75,000
MIMIMUM OF 2 YEARS’ SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN FOOD MANUFACTURING

OVERVIEW
Oversee and manage the production to ensure maximize productivity in a safe manner. The Production Supervisor monitors employee’s performance, overseeing and collaborating with upper management to improve the manufacturing process, while assisting in solving technical issues with the maintenance of equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interview, hire and train production staff
• Manage the daily workflow
• Enforcement of company policies related to food safety and company policies
• Provide career guidance including evaluations and development of objectives
• Resolve production line issues to ensure production goals are achieved
• Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/TRAINING
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervisory role in a food manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent time management and Microsoft software skills
• Problem Solving
