Candidate must be familiar with SMT Processes including Kit Prep
Position Requirements include:
- Must be able to read and follow Assembly Procedures and Drawings
- Must be detailed oriented and able to work on Complex PWB Designs
- Knowledge of SMT machines (ie...screen printer, Semi-Automatic Pick and Place & Automatic Pick and Place Machines & Reflow Ovens) including Selective Soldering machines, and Experience with Preforming machines is a plus.
- Candidate will be responsible for some Machine Maintenance
- Must demonstrate strong soldering skills with both Thru Hole and SMT components
- Certifications to J-STD-001 and J-STD-001 Space Application is also a plus; Willing to train the right Individual
- Candidate should demonstrate good communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
- 3 -5 years experience in SMT Assembly is required
- Must be able to perform tasks using a microscope
- Must pass eye exam
