Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products using precision measurement tools, gauges, and test equipment.
Verify product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Document inspection results, maintain accurate quality records, and prepare reports for Quality Management.
Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming materials; communicate findings to appropriate departments for resolution.
Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, FAA, and other applicable regulatory/quality standards.
Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 requirements.
