We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Full-Time Assembler / CNC Machine Operator. This role combines hands-on assembly work with the operation of CNC machines, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble machined parts according to work instructions, including dowel pin installation, helicoils, threaded inserts, and other hardware.
• Clean, deburr, and prepare parts for shipment.
• Mark parts using ink stamps and perform general part inspection.
• Operate CNC machines with precision and care, including loading parts and raw materials.
• Inspect finished parts and learn quality standards.
• Work with hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; training provided.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
