Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health needs, strengths, and challenges of clients.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
- Develop tailored treatment plans that include clear goals and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and strengthen client engagement.
- Engage in team-based discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support, including risk assessments and safety planning, as needed.
- Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely to comply with ethical and legal obligations.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and continuously improve therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
