We are hiring directly for permanent roles on 1st and 2nd shift. If you enjoy turning detailed prints into fully functioning machinery, this role is for you.

You will

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and full systems following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring gear to execute high-accuracy builds.
• Inspect and test assembled units to validate functionality and conformance to quality standards.
• Catch, document, and escalate defects, deviations, or build issues to keep quality on track.

Bring

• 2+ years of related experience in electro-mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and procedural instructions.
• Hands-on proficiency with common assembly tools and measurement instruments.
