About the Role
\n

\n
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is warm, proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in building a foundation in business operations, office coordination, employee experience, and event execution. The Operations Coordinator will be the in-person operational connector for the Boston office, helping teams, visitors, candidates, and new hires experience the office as welcoming, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

\n

- Support the day-to-day functioning of the Boston office.
- Help the broader Operations team execute recurring workflows, events, onboarding logistics, and ad hoc projects.
- Core responsibilities include office logistics, supplies, mail and packages, conference room readiness, facilities requests, vendor follow-up, visitor preparation, and new hire first-day coordination.
- Support internal events, client meetings, BioBreak or conference logistics, onboarding/offboarding details, technology handoffs, equipment coordination, and simple operational trackers.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Warm, welcoming, service-oriented presence with strong interpersonal judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple small but important priorities without losing details.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Proactive problem solver who notices what needs to be done and takes ownership.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive.

- Internship, campus leadership, hospitality, event support, office administration, customer service, recruiting coordination, operations, or project coordination experience is helpful.

Pay range and compensation package
