Job DescriptionJob Title- QC Inspector
Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Quality
Control (QC) Inspector to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sheet metal components meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
This position requires strong analytic ability, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Compensation based on experience $22-$28
Responsibilities
Interpret customer specifications
Maintain RMA database
Visually and dimensionally inspect sheet metal parts for approval
Perform dimensional inspections on machined components
Help resolve manufacturing quality concerns
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality inspection within manufacturing environments, preferably with sheet metal or machining components.
5+ years’ experience inspecting sheet metal and or machined parts.
Ability to read/understand specifications on prints.
Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Effective interpersonal communication skills.
Experience with Excel
