We are a well-established manufacturing company specializing in precision metal fabrication and custom manufacturing. Our team works with a variety of materials and produces high-quality components for customers across different industries. We are looking for an experienced Laser Machine Operator to join our growing team.
We are seeking an experienced Laser Machine Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable setting up and operating laser cutting equipment in a fast-paced job shop environment, handling both short- and long-run jobs ranging from simple to complex.
Location: Brockton, MA
Pay: $24–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and operate AMADA Lasmac cutting machine cells and EMLK3610 equipment.
- Set up standard and special tooling.
- Download programs and make edits when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve laser machine problems.
- Use gauges and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and meet close-tolerance requirements.
- Inspect work before first-piece inspection and at required intervals throughout the job.
- Enter job quantities and labor information into the computer system.
- Perform basic machine and computer operation tasks.
- Operate a forklift when needed.
- Perform some lifting as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of laser machine operating experience.
- Experience setting up and operating laser cutting equipment.
- Knowledge of laser troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to read and edit machine programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a job shop environment with varying job sizes and complexities.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools and gauges.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Good manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to lift materials as required.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to enter production and labor information into a computer system.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
