Impact you’ll make

Picture this: you review the latest ECN, confirm specs against the drawing, and set up your tools. By day’s end, your assemblies pass inspection the first time. Here’s how you get there:

• Assemble cables to print and drawing requirements following manufacturing work instructions and ECNs
• Measure and cut wire, cable, and inner/outer jackets to exact lengths
• Perform wire termination and crimping by hand and with machines
• Solder terminals and plugs to specification
• Rework and repair any rejected product to meet quality criteria

What sets you up for success

• 1–2 years of related experience preferred
• Comfort interpreting detailed specifications and technical drawings
• Reliable hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math aptitude for measurement and verification
• Must have cable soldering experience
• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and wire strippers

Work details

• Monday–Friday
• 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm
• $20.00–$23.00 per hour, DOE
