Role Overview
EdgeBeam Wireless is seeking a data-driven, hands-on Marketing & Demand Generation leader to help scale our pipeline generation efforts and support company growth. This role focuses on building, executing, and optimizing demand generation programs that drive qualified leads and measurable revenue impact.
The position complements an existing marketing foundation centered on brand, product marketing, and messaging by bringing strong expertise in demand generation execution, analytics, and funnel optimization. The role will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and external agency partners to deliver scalable, high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Leadership
- Develop and manage demand generation programs across:
- Paid social (LinkedIn)
- Paid search and retargeting (Google Ads)
- Email marketing (Pardot)
- Webinars, events, and lifecycle campaigns
- Partner closely with EdgeBeams external marketing agency, which supports campaign execution, creative development, and paid media management.
- Provide clear campaign briefs, oversee execution, and ensure campaigns launch on time and meet performance goals.
- Build scalable inbound and outbound programs aligned to defined ICPs and business priorities.
Marketing Analytics & Funnel Optimization
- Own marketing performance measurement, including dashboards, reporting, and basic attribution using Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics.
- Monitor funnel performance from lead through pipeline and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze channel ROI and provide recommendations to guide budget allocation and campaign prioritization.
- Ensure accurate tracking, data integrity, and effective use of the MarTech stack.
Execution & Marketing Operations
- Collaborate with the agency and internal stakeholders to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and optimization cycles.
- Build and optimize nurture programs and automated workflows within Pardot.
- Support continuous testing and experimentation across messaging, creative, and channels.
- Maintain and improve marketing workflows in Salesforce/Pardot to support reporting and lead management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Marketing to create messaging and campaign assets, including writing campaign copy and contributing to asset development.
- Experience collaborating on design or using tools like Figma is a plus, but not required.
- Partner with Sales leadership on ICP alignment, lead qualification, routing, and ongoing feedback loops.
- Provide clear performance insights and updates to marketing and company leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 47+ yearsof experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Paid social advertising onLinkedIn
- Paid search and retargeting viaGoogle Ads
- Email marketing through Pardot
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and campaign performance viaGoogle Analytics .
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation .
- Experience working with or managing external marketing agencies.
- Comfortable writing campaign copy and collaborating on creative assets.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred.

- Gain a deep understanding of EdgeBeams products, customers, ICPs, and go-to-market strategy.
- Meet with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to align on goals and priorities.
- Audit existing demand generation programs, campaigns, and agency workflows.
- Review funnel performance, lead sources, and current reporting in Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics.
- Identify quick optimization opportunities related to tracking, targeting, or workflows.
- Establish a working cadence and expectations with the external marketing agency.

Days 3160 Execution & Optimization
- Launch or optimize demand generation campaigns with agency support.
- Improve nurture programs and lifecycle email flows in Pardot.
- Introduce structured testing across ads, messaging, and CTAs.
- Strengthen alignment with Sales on lead quality, routing, and follow-up processes.
- Build or refine dashboards tracking core funnel and campaign KPIs.
Deliverables
- Updated demand generation plan with KPIs
- Live performance dashboards
- At least one new or significantly optimized campaign or nurture program.
Days 6190 Scaling & Strategic Impact
- Evaluate channel performance and ROI across active programs.
- Recommend budget allocation and channel mix adjustments.
- Introduce or pilot new demand generation initiatives (e.g., webinars, partner campaigns, ABM-lite).
- Strengthen agency operating rhythms and define quarterly goals.
- Document repeatable processes and campaign playbooks.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual demand generation planning.

- Scalable demand generation roadmap for the next 612 months
- Standardized campaign execution and reporting processes
