Job Description
As a Service Manager, you will lead front-of-house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and team performance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guest Engagement: Utilizing exceptional communication skills to ensure 100% table visitation and resolving guest concerns immediately.
- Operational Excellence: Managing daily FOH operations to maintain a guest-centric environment that balances high standards with a positive workplace culture.
- Team Leadership: collaborating with the Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless FOH/BOH coordination and mentoring staff for future internal promotion opportunities.
- Strategic Growth: Working directly under the Managing Partner to refine management skills and drive business results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and lead diverse teams.
- Unwavering commitment to integrity and guest satisfaction.
- Strong operational knowledge of restaurant systems and service standards.
