What you'll do
- Transform specifications and blueprints into complete mechanical assemblies.
- Perform quality checks at each step to ensure standards are met.
- Use hand and power tools confidently and safely.
- Work with teammates to streamline steps and increase efficiency.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and safe.
- Record assembly activities and alert your supervisor to any issues.
- Take part in training sessions to broaden your assembly techniques.
What you bring to the bench
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus).
- Previous mechanical assembly or related experience preferred.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Tool proficiency with both hand and power tools.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
- Openness to learning new processes and technologies.
