We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives to foster a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.&nbsp; The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the daily HR function of a multi-site / multi-state property management organization, with a main office in East Longmeadow, MA. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, benefits and payroll administration, and ensuring regulatory compliance of Federal and multi - state requirements.
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving consistent operational practices across the organization and will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and ensure effective HR administration throughout the company.&nbsp;
