Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients.

  • Assess clients' mental health status through comprehensive evaluations and maintain ongoing assessments to monitor progression.

  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.

  • Collaborate with a cohesive team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

  • Document all interactions and maintain confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

  • Participate in regular case consultations and contribute to team meetings to enhance collective practice and address any challenges clients may face.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and families who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in empowering clients to overcome obstacles and improve their mental wellness through your expertise and empathetic support.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

  • At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience relevant to the treatment of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
