Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Assess clients' mental health status through comprehensive evaluations and maintain ongoing assessments to monitor progression.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.
- Collaborate with a cohesive team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Document all interactions and maintain confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Participate in regular case consultations and contribute to team meetings to enhance collective practice and address any challenges clients may face.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
