Key Responsibilities\n

Conduct in-depth assessments that identify social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients, using tools and frameworks relevant to detoxification and recovery.

Develop and implement individualized service plans that encompass measurable goals, intervention strategies, and mechanisms for monitoring client progress.

Provide high-quality counseling and emotional support to individuals and families experiencing the effects of substance use and other life challenges.

Collaborate closely with clients to create personalized service plans that facilitate access to essential community resources and support systems.

Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the well-being of clients in distress.

Work in tandem with community agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive services, advocate for clients, and enhance their social support networks.

Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about the detox services available, increasing visibility, and promoting our advocacy work.

Participate in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enrich personal professional development and contribute to team collaboration.

The primary focus of this role will be on clients entering detoxification treatment, comprising individuals from varied backgrounds experiencing the complexities of substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a proven ability to problem-solve in various circumstances.
