Position Title: Certified HR person
Location: Tyngsboro MA (Hybrid)
Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and certified HR professional to lead our internal Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, performance management, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive individual who can support business objectives while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and employee onboarding.
- Oversee employee performance management, coaching, and development programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.

Maintain and optimize the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Develop and deliver employee training and professional development initiatives.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.

Lead employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) across the organization

Utilize HR analytics and reporting to support workforce planning and
strategic decision-making.
- Lead change management initiatives and provide HR guidance to leadership.
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business goals and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification required.
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a standalone or HR Manager role.
- Strong experience of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Working knowledge of Massachusetts and federal employment laws.
- Must have experience with iSolved payroll system
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
