Job SummaryOwner in need of an Administrative Assistant/Client Service Representative key employee to join our growing team with the goal of providing excellent customer service to our clients. A good team player with a willingness to assist owner with all office functions is needed. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and organizing and performing a variety of administrative functions. Strong organizational and computer skills are a must for this position along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Monitor emails and correspondence received and administer them appropriately
- Scan, bookmark, label and organize documents
- Outstanding teamwork required with other firm employees to achieve excellent customer service for our clients
- Provide other administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Attention to detail required.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Pro
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tackle challenges head-on with positivity
