ERND Trucking LLC is seeking a dependable, safety-focused 26-ft Box Truck Driver for immediate hire to support our mattress delivery operations through our Maersk Last Mile business arrangement. This position is ideal for a professional driver who takes pride in customer service, safe driving, and delivering products on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-ft box truck while completing scheduled mattress and bedding deliveries.
- Pick up, transport, and deliver mattresses and related products to residential customers.
- Assist with loading, unloading, lifting, and moving bulky or heavy merchandise.
- Work professionally with a delivery helper to complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Provide courteous customer service and communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery appointments.
- Follow delivery instructions, route schedules, and company procedures.
- Complete deliveries to the designated location in the customer's home when required by the service order.
- Perform basic setup or placement of products when required by the delivery assignment and within company training.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, proof of delivery, and required paperwork.
- Follow all applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, workplace safety procedures, and customer-service standards.
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean, organized truck.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle and any applicable CDL requirements.
- Minimum of four years with a clean driving record.
- Current, valid DOT medical card.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening; ERND Trucking LLC will cover the cost.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver mattresses and other bulky items, with assistance and proper equipment as needed.
- Strong communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or delivery application to navigate routes and record completed deliveries.
- Previous box truck, furniture, appliance, mattress, or residential delivery experience is preferred.
