Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across a broad age range, from adolescents to adults.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and treatment plans using our EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system.
- Manage a full caseload effectively, scheduling ongoing appointments and tracking client progress to ensure consistency in care.
- Utilize a comprehensive billing service for processing claims and managing client payments, allowing you to focus on clinical interactions.
- Implement therapeutic techniques tailored to address a range of clinical presentations, fostering an individualized approach to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
This role centers specifically on clients within a detox environment, which requires a nuanced understanding of addiction and recovery processes. You will work closely with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, providing essential support and therapeutic interventions to promote healing and establish healthy coping mechanisms.
Qualifications\n

- Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
- Current and valid independent licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Exceptional professionalism, with strong therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and time-management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth within your therapeutic practice.
- A minimum of 20-25 hours per week availability, including at least two evenings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
