Currently seeking a Seasonal Operations Manager for a full-time long term temporary position in Attleboro, MA,
Responsibilities of Seasonal Operations Manager include:
-Manage day-to-day operations of shelter
-Coordinate shelter activations and organize shelter between activations
-Maintain inventory and supply levels
-Act as liaison for local law enforcement, churches, and community service agencies
-Resolve conflicts and emergencies if they arise
-Recruit, train and supervise volunteers
-Maintain all reports and records
Requirements of Seasonal Operations Manager:
-Minimum High School Diploma or GED
-2+ years’ experience in social services, shelter operations, emergency services, nonprofit work, or a related field
-Basic Computer skills
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Able to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies while maintaining professionalism.
-Strong Organizational skills
-Problem-solver
-CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
-Bilingual speaking candidates preferred
Hours: 7:00pm-7:00am Approximately 45–60 activation nights per season
Pay rate: $24-$34/hour
