Excellent opportunity for a Controller to join a well-established Non-Profit/Health Care Services Organization with a 50+ year history in the Andover area. The Controller will lead all accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, contract and grant accounting, purchasing and internal controls. This position will manage a small staff reporting into CFO and work closely with executive leadership team. Degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership skills with experience working in a nonprofit organization required. Bachelor’s degree in accounting – CPA preferred
Strong GAAP, financial reporting, nonprofit accounting, budgets, financial controls exp.
Nonprofit experience required
Knowledge of EOHHS grants, UFR reporting and federal grant compliance
