HR Generalist
Temporary for 4 months to cover a maternity leave
All on-site near Springfield, MA
Targeting up to $33/hr pay depending on experience
We are seeking an HR professional to support employees with employee relations, HR questions, investigations, coaching, and performance management. This role is the most senior HR person at this site and will report to the VP of HR who oversees 2 sites. There is an HR Coordinator to assist with day to day HR needs and a separate team for Benefits and Recruiting so the bulk of this role is employee relations.
Must Haves:
*3+ years of HR and employee relations experience including fully owning investigations
*Reliable, confident, and trustworthy
*Able to commit to 4 months' duration and all on-site work
Nice to Have but not Required:
*ADP software experience
