The organization acts as a central source for information and referral, as an advocate, collaborator, and catalyst, as a coordinator of services and care, as an educator, and as a provider of direct services.

We are currently hiring a Nantucket Program Specialist. In this position, you would provide initial assessment to Nutrition consumers for the Home Delivered Meals Program. You would also back up the Nutrition Site Coordinator. This position is Monday- Friday, 8 - 1, 25 hours per week, with an hourly pay range from $29.66 to $30.42.

Ability to collaborate, take initiative, provide/ receive feedback.
Excellent computer skills required.
Ability to work independently and professionally.
Ability to communicate and work with older adults and community partners
Valid MA driver’s license and car required.
