Key Responsibilities\n

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that contain specific therapeutic goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary to best meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrative approach to client care, focusing on coordinated treatment strategies.
- Provide crisis intervention and perform risk assessments, developing safety plans when necessary to support at-risk clients effectively.
