Job DescriptionThe EM Assembler III position is located in Westborough, MA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with large-scale capital equipment and complex electrical manufacturing, contributing to innovative projects in the industry.

Contract to Hire
Must have experience building large capital equipment and point to point wiring.

Shift of the EM Assembler III:

1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Pay Rate/Salary of the EM Assembler III:

$26-$28 per hour

Responsibilities of the EM Assembler III:

• Perform assembly operations for a variety of electrical and mechanical products according to written procedures and established standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and fabricate components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Assurance to meet assembly requirements and customer specifications.
• Conduct final assembly, functionality testing, and calibration of products.
• Lead and manage small teams during assembly processes.

Qualifications of the EM Assembler III:

• High School diploma or GED; technical school experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Electrical Mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently.
• Experience with complex panels and large wire run lists is a plus.
