A well-established and mission-driven health and human services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, document management, and general office coordination
  • Assist with billing processes including data entry, invoice preparation, and payment tracking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
  • Support reconciliation efforts and help resolve billing discrepancies
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding billing and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in Office Administration Role
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
