Valley Transporter is looking for a Part-Time Dispatcher who can juggle schedules, support drivers, and keep passengers calm, informed, and on time. We transport passengers throughout the local area to/from Most Major International Airport and the Pioneer Valley (Bradley, Logan, & JFK Airports),.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and confirm the daily schedule
- Build driver manifests & support drivers during their runs
- Guide passengers on where to meet their drivers
- Coordinate shuttles and passengers for maximum efficiency
- Check flights online & build routing schedules
- Reply to voicemails/emails and create bookings in our system
The Details
- Part-Time: Monday & Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
- Opportunity to cover additional shifts if needed

What You Bring
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask like a pro
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- A valid driver’s license (preferred)
- A clean driving record (driving may be part of the role)
