Job Description
Job Description
You like seeing the finish line. We like helping you build a career that goes the distance. Many of our teammates have grown with Pace for 20+ years because we invest in people and purpose. Join us as we work to become the premier die casting manufacturer and engineering solutions partner worldwide.
What a day looks like
At 6:00 AM, you gear up, review the work orders, and pull the exact paints from inventory. You dial in viscosity with the correct thinner, mix two-part urethane systems with the right reducer, prep your gun, and step into a clean booth. You lay down coatings to tight tolerances, checking color, coverage, and finish against customer specifications. Between jobs, you handle materials, keep the area orderly, and change booth filters as needed. When a run is complete, surplus paint is set aside for hazardous-waste pickup by the material handler, your spray gun is washed with solvent and the used solvent is collected for proper disposal, and any spills are absorbed and managed per hazardous-waste procedures. Throughout the day you balance speed with precision, always putting safety and quality first.
