Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and develop a group of talented agents to expand our reach in the Colchester area.

Cultivate a supportive, collaborative culture where every team member feels empowered to reach their personal goals.

Establish meaningful connections with local business owners and residents to broaden our community presence.

Oversee daily sales operations and ensure all team members provide thoughtful, comprehensive advice to clients.

Implement effective sales strategies that prioritize long-term client retention over short-term quotas.

Monitor industry trends to adapt our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Deep understanding of the Vermont insurance landscape and local market regulations.

Strong ability to mentor junior agents and foster professional growth.

Effective public speaking and presentation skills for community networking.

Experience with agency management systems and data-driven sales reporting.
