We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Machine Operator I to join our team. This is an entry-level position responsible for tasks such as filling hoppers with empty vials, labeling products, and maintaining a clean work environment. Basic computer skills are necessary for training purposes. The role offers the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor functions of equipment and operate as per documented procedures, including maintaining operational logbooks.
- Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures when required.
- Support material handling as necessary while maintaining segregation of materials and lot numbers.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with all company and department standard operating procedures, including GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules.
- Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks efficiently.
- Accept full accountability for product quality and report unsolved problems to supervisors or management.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and related documentation.
- Ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment according to established specifications and standard operating procedures.
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive work.
- Reliable with good work ethic and punctuality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in similar bottling operations, such as Coca-Cola or Pepsi, is beneficial.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry products weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Good attendance and the ability to get along with others.

Work Environment
The position is based 100% onsite in Londonderry, NH, with a first shift schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm. Safety glasses, hair nets, and gloves are provided. Candidates must supply their own steel or composite shoes/boots. Training will be conducted on the second shift and typically lasts one week. The role supports a closed production line with no physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals. Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
