Location: Braintree, MA (On-Site, Full-Time)
Compensation: $70,000–$75,000 per year + performance-based incentives

Position Overview
This is a role that blends three core areas:

Business Development (BDR) – prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities.

Marketing Execution – creating campaigns and managing our digital presence.

Technical Administration – supporting systems, applications, and operations.
You will work directly with the President of GNA and play a critical role in both the front-end growth engine and the operational backbone of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.

Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social outreach.

Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the President.

Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities.

Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and workshops.

Assist with Grant Appications
Marketing & Communications

Develop e-marketing content and execute targeted email campaigns.

Create and manage social media posts to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.

Collaborate with the President to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
Technical & Administrative
-
Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize office technology (hardware, software, networking, and AV equipment).

Coordinate and manage Zoom workshops, virtual events, and in-person trainings.

Maintain CRM and database accuracy, generate reports, and support client success.

Provide executive support: calendar management, meeting prep, and coordination.

Handle general office operations, phones, and client communication.
Qualifications

At least 2 years of proven experience in a BDR (Business Development Representative) role.

Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospect outreach, and sales pipeline support.

Experience in digital marketing: email campaigns, social media management, and content creation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database platforms.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).

Hands-on experience with Zoom, AV systems, and hardware troubleshooting.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to master new applications quickly.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Stable work history, reliability, and strong professional references.
