Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and medical device industry, is seeking a Machine Operator 1st and 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator 1st and 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator 1st and 2nd Shift
Location: Marlborough, MA
Pay Range: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Thursday, 5:15 AM to 3:45 PM
2nd Shift Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM
What's the Job?
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational logbooks.
- Support preventative maintenance activities.
- Assist with material handling and inventory control.
- Maintain GMP compliance and product quality standards.
What's Needed?
- Strong attention to detail.
- Packaging/manufacturing background.
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Willingness to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.
