Responsibilities: Bring your clinical skills and passion for teaching to our team where you will inspire, support, mentor and nurture future nursing assistants as a Nurse Instructor.&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Plan, develop, teach and coordinate the certified nursing assistant training program.</li>
<li>Supervise, monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing assistant students.</li>
<li>Direct and/or assist in development and implementation of nursing center orientation/ mentoring for the nurse aide training program.</li>
<li>Round in all patient/resident care areas to ensure quality nursing assistant services are being rendered.</li>

 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of two years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is required and a minimum of one to two years of clinical experience in long-term care/geriatric nursing (State or Regulatory Agency requirements may vary).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must complete a course that focuses on teaching adult students, have experience in teaching adult students or supervising nurse aides (State or Regulatory Agency requirements may vary).</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Must maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS).</li>
</ul>

<li>CPR certification required per State Specific Requirements.</li>

 Position Summary
The Mitigation Project Manager oversees emergency mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion. This leadership role includes scoping water/fire/mold losses, directing technicians, managing workflow and documentation, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate brings a strong mitigation background, the ability to lead teams, and the operational mindset to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day mitigation operations, ensuring smooth workflow across field crews, equipment, and job sites.</li>
<li>Conduct on-site inspections to assess water, fire, or mold damage and determine required mitigation steps.</li>
<li>Create accurate scopes, estimates, and job plans using company software and industry standards.</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and support technicians to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Maintain strong communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams throughout the job lifecycle.</li>
<li>Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and industry regulations (IICRC, OSHA, etc.).</li>
<li>Oversee equipment setup, monitoring, moisture readings, photo documentation, and job-site verification.</li>
<li>Review and approve all documentation including technician notes, photos, moisture logs, and job summaries.</li>
<li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to operational improvements.</li>
<li>Assist in inventory oversight, equipment tracking, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.</li>
<li>Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, for emergency loss response.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in mitigation, restoration, or a related field.</li>
<li>Leadership or crew management experience required.</li>
<li>IICRC certifications (WRT required; FSRT, ASD, AMRT preferred).</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to read scopes, create estimates, and manage job budgets.</li>
<li>Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment with on-call requirements.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and move equipment as needed.</li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in attics/crawlspaces for extended periods.</li>
<li>Work may involve exposure to heat, cold, rain, and various job-site conditions.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity required for equipment handling and moisture reading tools.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail for inspections, documentation, and job verification.</li>
