Performs routine and special sampling (PFAS, MTBE, 1,4-D, UCMR5). b. Assists other departments with bacteria or special sampling as needed.</li>
<li>Maintains an accurate filing system of digital and hardcopy records of test results, sampling data, water quality complaints, and laboratory activities.</li>
<li>Prepares and submits compliance reports to the Chief Operator/Supervisor and/or regulatory agencies (e.g., NHDES, EPA) in a timely manner. a. Monitors NHDES One-Stop and master sampling schedule for requirement changes. b. Tracks sample bottle inventory and coordinates reorders with labs.</li>
<li>Performs calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment; schedules annual compliance calibrations.</li>
<li>Manages laboratory chemical and supply inventory, ensuring proper storage and tracking expiration dates. a. Submits monthly inventory reports to the Chief Operator/Supervisor.</li>

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: &nbsp;Thorough knowledge of water quality testing procedures and protocols, including physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis. Strong understanding of Federal and State drinking water regulations. Proficiency in the use and calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment. Ability to maintain meticulous and accurate records and reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with staff and regulatory agencies. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: &nbsp;High school diploma or equivalent and at least 12 semester units in chemistry or related field at a college or university required ; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or a related field is preferred. At least two (2) years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in water quality analysis, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Big Task
Ensures customers’ accounts are current and accurate through careful review and effective collections efforts.
Key Sub Tasks&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Process customer payments, including credit card payments for deposits and final payments and Wells Fargo.</li>
<li>Process manual invoices for VIP customers and collect payments&nbsp;from customers with 30-day terms.</li>
<li>Export payments, refunds, and adjustments from the operating system into the accounting system.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions. Provide paperwork when requested.</li>
<li>Review aging reports regularly and initiate collections on past-due accounts, which may include calling and sending demand letters.</li>
<li>Engage management with any accounts receivable issues. Identify and recommend accounts for further collections action, small claims court, or write off.</li>
<li>Process refunds and communicate with the customer. Ensure customer’s account is adjusted and reflects accurate information in the system.</li>
<li>Perform daily billing for maintenance plans and follow up on rejected payments and missing and expired payment methods.</li>
<li>Maintain service maintenance plans, including renewals, modifications, and cancellations.</li>
<li>Assist customer service with questions regarding maintenance plans and warranties.</li>
<li>Maintain JADE warranty renewal paperwork, transfers and collections.</li>
<li>Maintain accounting ledgers as required, including an accurate aging report.&nbsp; </li>
<li>Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.</li>
<li>Adhere to the company’s standards for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. </li>
<li>Bringing bank deposits to the bank – this will require a valid drivers license that must be presented to the bank.</li>
<li>Special projects as needed.</li>
<li>Cross coverage for other members of the finance team as needed.</li>
