Job Description 
Eurofins is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented lab associate who will be responsible for qualifying and performing analytical methods to support particulate testing of drug products. This role will begin in&nbsp;January 2026. This individual will work directly on a client site in Boston, MA, supporting a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers. <li>Licensed through the Massachusetts Allied Health and Human Services or another state licensing board, and Behavior Analyst Certification Board, and advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>At least two years experience working with individuals with IDD/ DD or ABI and their families.</li>
<li>Supervisory experience</li>
<li>A safe driving record, current driver’s license and current motor vehicle liability insurance.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Positive Behavior Supports</li>
<li>Experience developing positive behavior support plans and programs</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with individuals, parents/caregivers, and other professionals</li>
<li>Competence in analyzing assessment results, designing appropriate individual treatment plans and behavioral programs, and monitoring progress</li>
<li>Must be able to work effectively as a team member, demonstrate flexibility and desire to learn new skills and improve professional qualifications, and travel independently in rural/remote locations.</li>

Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage the day-to-day aspects of The Arc’s clinical services for residential programs.</li>
<li>Use appropriate assessment instruments and data to develop and implement teaching programs and behavior plans.</li>
<li>Ensure the implementation of treatment plans, document contacts and observations; use professional knowledge and independent judgment to strategize continuous improvements.</li>
<li>Provide training and supervision to direct service providers through observations, meetings, performance coaching and other methods.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for individuals receiving behavioral interventions.</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate documentation and prepare and complete reports as required.</li>
<li>Ensure that all treatment plans and programs comply with DDS regulations and meet or exceed professional standards.</li>
<li>Provide consultation, training, and assistance to other outside providers and family members as requested.</li>
<li>Provide staff development, training, and modeling for staff and management in strategies and methodologies for working with individuals with ABI or ID/DD and other clinical diagnoses, including Positive Behavior Supports.</li>
<li>Attend instructor training for Positive Approaches to Behavioral Challenges (PABC) and facilitate trainings for agency staff.</li>
<li>Participate in ISP, or Treatment Planning meetings for individuals as appropriate.</li>
<li>Promote positive public relations, facilitate interagency collaboration, and advocate for the establishment and maintenance of comprehensive services.</li>
<li>Participate in professional growth activities such as conferences, classes, team meetings and program visitations.</li>
<li>Accept all other responsibilities as assigned.</li>
