Job Summary:
The delivery driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Drivers will work as part of the delivery team to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client. Delivery drivers must be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. Drivers must be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
Essential Functions:
Parts Delivery:
<ul>
<li>This job requires multiple stops per day in a fast-moving, physically demanding environment.</li>
<li>Have a working knowledge of the part of the city the store services and be able to operate a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission (if required).</li>
<li>Obey all state and federal laws to safely operate your vehicle at all times. </li>
<li>Check invoices to ensure that the parts ordered were correctly pulled for delivery to the customer. </li>
<li>Deliver the right parts to the right location.</li>
<li>Account for cash on COD (Collect on Delivery) orders and maintain an accurate, detailed delivery log. </li>
<li>Handle core/part returns appropriately.</li>
<li>Maintain a delivery log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.</li>
<li>Operate NAPA Delivery Tracker tablet as applicable. </li>
<li>Ensure the security of company assets, vehicles, merchandise, building/property, and personnel.</li>
<li>Provide pickup service for machine shop when instructed.</li>
<li>Assist with checking in stock orders and stocking products on the shelves with not delivering parts.</li>
<li>Participate in required training</li>
<li>Execute other duties as assigned (to include the potential to work in other markets, close in proximity and within reason, on a temporary basis as needed)</li>
<li>Provide timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Know where to park and who to contact at the customer's location.</li>
<li>Practice effective communication skills.</li>
<li>Report any problems immediately to store management.</li>
<li>Apologize to the customer if there is a problem.</li>
<li>Ask about any other needs and thank the customer for using Sanel NAPA.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a pleasant, helpful personality; smile!</li>
<li>Adhere to Sanel NAPA company policies.</li>
<li>Follow Sanel NAPA appearance and dress standards</li>

Education &amp; Experience

<li>High School diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with no DWI convictions within the past four years and not have over three moving violations or two at-fault accidents in the last three years.</li>
<li>Able to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.</li>
<li>Be functionally literate and capable of understanding and recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure proper selection and delivery of parts, including identifying sequences of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly.</li>
<li>Have a well-groomed, neat appearance.</li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Enjoy working with people in a fast-paced setting; be competitive yet work calmly under pressure.</li>

You are professional, dependable, and able to tailor your therapeutic approach according to each client’s specific needs. You are comfortable working short-term engagements within a long-term rotation of other professionals. You have experience working with older adults and are comfortable supporting individuals with a range of diagnoses. The ideal companion candidate is adept at working independently while also thriving with supervision and guidance.&nbsp;
What you’ll do:

<li>Coaching and crisis management for individuals in mental health and/or substance use recovery.</li>
<li>Providing exposure to positive activities in the community.</li>
<li>Modeling healthy and therapeutic boundaries.</li>
<li>Modeling healthy coping and daily living skills.</li>
<li>Providing psychoeducation related to the client’s diagnoses, substance use, and medication management.</li>
<li>Observation of the client’s behaviors (i.e. dietary, sleep, leisure, etc.)</li>
<li>Facilitating efficient, courteous, and respectful communication between treatment team, client, client’s family, companion supervisor, and family coach.</li>
<li>Creating short and long-term client goal plans; daily documentation of progress.</li>
<li>Providing connections to community resources, treatment options, peer counselors, and AA/self-help meetings.</li>
<li>Input detailed case notes, time, and expenses in a timely manner.</li>

What you’ll bring:

<li>One year or more of experience working as a therapeutic companion, home health aid, or mental health clinician.</li>
<li>Experience with older adults.</li>
<li>Experience with dementia and neurocognitive disorders.</li>
<li>Experience and knowledge&nbsp;in behavioral health diagnoses.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to calmly, flexibly, and efficiently manage client crises as they arise.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.</li>
<li>Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and behavioral health treatments.</li>
<li>Comfort and quick learning curve with technology on day-to-day tasks (i.e. Microsoft Office, Salesforce).</li>

Department Description: Are you interested in developing deep relationships with families and supporting their long-term strengths and health? &nbsp;We’re looking to expand our team with a detail-oriented creative thinker who enjoys problem solving and creative community collaborations.
We support families through pregnancy, postpartum and the early childhood years until age 6 in families without medical concerns and up to age 18 in families with children who have medical conditions requiring skilled nursing care. Our nurses and family support workers focus on prevention and early intervention, collaborating with numerous community service providers, identifying and addressing developmental challenges and/or psycho-social concerns.
We offer individualized self-care and parenting assessment, education and support; childbirth preparation and lactation support; developmental and play support to maximize each family’s physical, social and emotional strengths. We provide skilled nursing services for pregnant/postpartum people with higher risk pregnancies due to medical, psychiatric and/or substance use disorder diagnoses; children up to 18 years of age with a medical diagnosis, including emotional adjustment support to children, their families and their care providers.
Our full-time positions are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, which is amazing schedule for parents or those who want work/life balance. There is one rotating on-call weekend day every 4-5 weeks.
Minimum Requirements:
• One to two years of obstetrical nursing experience, experience with assessing patients throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
• Child health nursing experience preferred.
• Human services experience such as collaboration with community providers, service and care coordination. • Central line experience preferred, will support and train incumbent who expresses willingness to learn.
On-call: Rotating weekends (approximately every 4 weeks) and holidays.
