Applications Engineer / Lead Pilot
On-Site, Bolton, MA
We're seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead field operations, customer engagement, and technical support for our Remote Sensing products. This role combines UAV flight operations, post-sales customer success, application support to key customers, and thought leadership in applied hyperspectral and remote sensing technologies.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Flight Operations:
<ul>
<li>Serve as Lead UAV Pilot for all company operations.</li>
<li>Define, maintain, and enforce flight safety protocols and FAA compliance (Part 107).</li>
<li>Conduct field missions and customer demonstrations with optical payloads (multispectral/hyperspectral/LiDAR).</li>
<li>Support manufacturing with calibration flight tests and data processing as required. </li>
<li>Stay current with remote sensing trends and contribute to product and roadmap evolution.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Customer Success:
<ul>
<li>Deliver technical training and support to global customers and distributors.</li>
<li>Triage and manage service tickets, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.</li>
<li>Support timely RMA handling and prepare service quotations.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Pre-Sales &amp; Technical Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist the sales team with demonstrations, data examples, and system integration details.</li>
<li>Contribute to technical presentations and customer-facing documentation.</li>
<li>Travel to customer sites globally for pre-sales and professional services engagements.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>FAA Part 107 certification with a minimum of 100 hours of UAV flight time.</li>
<li>Proven ability to lead flight operations safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience operating optical payloads (multispectral or hyperspectral preferred).</li>
<li>Strong communication and technical presentation skills.</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 25 (domestic and international).</li>
<li>Ability to operate with limited oversight and direction.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Experience
<ul>
<li>Customer-facing technical support or service desk background.</li>
<li>Experience with ENVI, ArcGIS, or similar geospatial tools.</li>
<li>Familiarity with LiDAR, photogrammetry, or other remote sensing modalities.</li>
</ul>

Position Summary 
Qualified Nurse Practitioners interested in this position will have the opportunity to interact with members in a more intimate setting. Unlike a typical clinic visit, this role allows NPs to connect with patients on a more personal and effective level. Nurse Practitioners performing HRAs are not required to treat or prescribe in the home.  
Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Travel to and from patients’ homes. </li>
<li>Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments. </li>
<li>Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation. </li>
<li>Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance. </li>
<li>Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare measures. </li>
</ul>
Nurse Practitioner Qualifications and Experience Requirements:  
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license </li>
<li>Active State NP license </li>
<li>Active National board certification </li>
<li>Current BLS certification </li>
<li>12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider is preferred but not required </li>
</ul>
