RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Ability to follow and take instructions to assist with press set up, operation and maintenance</li>
<li>Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers and hydraulic feed mechanisms</li>
<li>Ability to read and follow job specifications</li>
<li>Needs good mechanical skills to help in troubleshooting and basic understanding of how the machine works. </li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Good time management habits</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with various levels of employees up and down the chain of command</li>
<li>Ability to work well with minimum supervision – self-motivated and project driven</li>
<li>High school diploma (or equivalent) or 1 -2 years previous experience in the printing industry, preferably press department</li>
