Role Overview:
The Brand Specialist leads the implementation of the M&amp;A service brand strategy, ensuring smooth integration of acquired brands and consistent representation across all touchpoints. This role focuses on strengthening brand presence through strategic collaborations, digital alignment, and community engagement. Working closely with marketing, digital, and operations teams, the Brand Specialist drives initiatives that position the brand effectively in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Integration &amp; Migration:

<li>Ideate and propose collaboration opportunities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams to implement these partnerships and initiatives.</li>
<li>Engage ESG in relevant industry events.</li>

Job Description 
As a key member of the senior leadership team, your mission is to be the architect of Bicycle’s global regulatory strategy. You will lead a high-performing team, providing the vision and expertise required to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and successfully bring our innovative medicines from development through to commercialization. As a trusted advisor to the Executive team, you will be the primary interface with global health authorities, shaping a regulatory path that delivers on our ambitious corporate objectives.&nbsp;

Compensation:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Salary Range: $290,000 - $365,000</li>

We have shared the expected recruitment base pay range for this full-time position based on the anticipated location.  The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including skills, qualifications, experience, and the actual location of the role.  At Bicycle, base pay is just one component of the total reward package.  This role is also eligible for Bicycle’s discretionary annual bonus program (or sales incentive program), its comprehensive health and retirement benefit programs, and equity grants.
