The Assistant General Manager is responsible to promote and achieve operational excellence and optimum financial performance for this property. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is expected to significantly contribute to revenue and profit targets, asset management, NHG accounting compliance, guest satisfaction, public relations, food and beverage, sales and marketing, human resources, personnel training and development, and the development of an annual operating budget. Carrying

Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.

<li>Assisting with the planned maintenance reports including reading service technician notes, customer specifications</li>
<li>Processing part orders, verifying part numbers, price and availability</li>
<li>Working with supplied and shipping as required</li>
<li>Ensure product information, specifications and documentation is accurate in system</li>
<li>Assisting customers with any concerns or issues they may have and resolving them in a timely manner</li>
<li>Providing customers with written proposals and follow-up as needed</li>
<li>Working with and understanding technical diagrams, schematics and parts manual</li>
<li>Making sure the inventory is maintained</li>

Qualifications:
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Previous experience with commercial appliance repair or parts is preferred</li>
<li>Technical knowledge of commercial appliances and components is preferred</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Good attention to detail, organized, time management</li>
<li>Ability to lift and move heavy parts or equipment as needed for parts orders and inventory</li>

Monday through Friday -7:30am to 4:30pm or 8am to 5pm

The salary is up to $65,000 a year based on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team for our 20 bed TCU located within Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital at Bradford!
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching and works cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.</li>
</ul>
Prerequisites:
<ul>
<li>Graduate from an accredited&nbsp;Nursing Program.&nbsp; RN or LPN.</li>
<li>Current Massachusetts Licensed Nurse.</li>
<li>One or Two years of previous acute or geriatric/adolescent or rehabilitation experience preferred.</li>
<li>Current Certification in BLS of Adult, Child and Infant.</li>
