As a seasoned expert in Perception Capabilities, you'll field cutting-edge software products and solutions using state-of-the-art computer vision and deep learning. Your breadth of experience spans critical problem areas like detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking, along with essential supporting functions such as data engines, labeling policies, training pipelines, model optimization, simulation, and testing. What you'll be doing:

<li>Lead the development and implementation of solutions that span across perception components and directly interface with downstream modules in the autonomy system.</li>
<li>Analyze the performance of the perception subsystem to proactively identify potential limitations with respect to a set of system-level capabilities. Document potential hazards and lead the cross-team efforts to eliminate or mitigate them.</li>
<li>Collaborate on innovative solutions to address "long tail" challenges. For example, developing techniques for synthetic data generation, advanced data mining, or leveraging language embeddings in our onboard models.</li>
<li>Depending on your background and interests, you may also help optimize and deploy models to the vehicle, ensuring they operate within the constraints of our onboard hardware and meet our functional requirements and interface specifications.</li>
<li>Interface with systems and safety engineers, test engineers, and data analysts to ensure appropriate requirements, test coverage, and performance metrics</li>

What We're Looking for:
<ul>
<li>Master's or Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills in executing large, complex technical initiatives</li>
<li>Track record of successful interdisciplinary work and product-focused engineering</li>
<li>Broad understanding of Deep Learning algorithms, architectures, and applications</li>
<li>Experience designing, training, and analyzing neural networks for applications relevant to perception</li>
<li>Fluency in Python, including common libraries for deep learning (PyTorch), scientific computing, and data analysis and visualization</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles, including software design, source control management, build processes, code reviews, and testing methods </li>

Job Description Summary The Boys Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs with a large geographic footprint. We have an exciting, full-time opportunity for a caring, energetic, and organized individual to oversee programming and daily enrichment activities in Andover, NH. The Site Director is responsible for the overall daily operations of a site with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Also supervises and trains staff, handles personnel issues, manages the facility, manages a budget, and manages community relations, volunteers, and membership administration. Duties 
Leadership 
1. Establishes site programs, activities, and services that prepare youth for success and create an outcome-driven Club experience. 
2. Promotes and stimulates program participation; registers new members and participates in their club orientation process; - provides guidance and role modeling to members. 
3. Resource Development 
6. Participates in the grant application process providing ideas for funding programs and other services.

Relationships/Partnership Development/Public Relations 
9.Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisors to receive/provide information discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and 
advise/counsel. 
10. Maintains professional contact with community members, community leaders and organizations, Club parents, and others to assist in resolving situations and in order to develop and maintain partnerships. 11. Maintains a professional relationship with 21st Century staff, part-time employees, and administration. 12. Develop and maintain public relations to increase the visibility of programs, services, and activities within the Club and the community. 
Management Administration 
13.Evaluate and report on the Site programs and progress once a month. 
14.Leads recruitment, retention, and public outreach efforts for partners, volunteers, members, and parents. 
15.Reports on grants as needed. 
16.Ensures administrative and operational systems are in place to maintain the operation of the physical properties and equipment of the Club. 
17.Effectively manages a budget; controls expenditures against budget. 
18.Compiles regular reports reflecting all activities, attendance, and participation. 
19. Recruits, manages and provides career development opportunities for site staff and volunteers. Conducts regular staff meetings. Requirements A site director in a school-age program shall be at least 20 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent, including but not limited to a General Equivalency Diploma (GED), a High School Equivalency Test (HiSet), or a Test Assessing Secondary Completion (TASC), and have at least one of the following: (1) Written documentation from or on file with the department that she or he was qualified and employed as a site director in a school-age program on or before the effective date of these rules in 2022; (2) A minimum of an associate’s degree in child development, education, recreation, or other field of study focused on children, awarded by an accredited college or university; (3) Certification of successful completion of training as a recreation director plus 1000 hours of experience working with children in a licensed child care program, recreation program, or a public or private elementary school; (4) A total of 12 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other field of study focused on children, from an accredited college plus 1000 hours of experience working with children; (5) Current certification as an educator by the Department of Education; or (6) Experience working with children totaling 2000 hours and: a. Current certification as a para II educator by the Department of Education; or b. Both of the following: 1. Documentation of enrollment in a course for at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other fields of study focused on children, through an accredited college or university and a written plan on file for completion of at least 3 additional credits as specified; and 
2. Within 12 months of the date the individual begins working as a site director, documentation of successful completion of a total of at least 6 credits as specified in b.1. shall be on file for review by the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
\n \n Key Responsibilities:\n \n
<ul>\n
<li>Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner</li>
\n
<li>Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when needed (team atmosphere where everyone helps)</li>
\n
<li>Operate a variety of Class B trucks&nbsp;</li>
\n
<li>Loading and unloading of trucks</li>
\n
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction at time of service.</li>
\n
<li>Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements/regulations</li>
\n
<li>Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports</li>
\n
<li>Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules</li>
\n
<li>Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements</li>
\n
<li>Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures</li>
\n
<li>Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines</li>
\n
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>
\n
<li>By position, ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis every other week</li>
\n
<li>By position, site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials.&nbsp;</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
\n \n Required Qualifications:\n \n
<ul>\n
<li>Valid Class B CDL&nbsp;</li>
\n
<li>Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment</li>
\n
<li>Ability to use various mobile devices</li>
\n
<li>Perform physical functions per job requirements</li>
\n
<li>Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position</li>
\n
<li>Per OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard, 29 CFR 1910.34, employees in positions requiring respirators are required to meet facial hair standards.</li>
